Instructions for Number Ported with a Physical SIM Card Mailings (If porting your number and requesting a physical SIM.)
Welcome to Trilight Mobile by BTC Fiber!
Complete the Transfer of Your Phone Number:
1. Log in to Your Account:
o Visit twinlakes.net/mobile and sign in with your mobile credentials.
2. Access Your Account Settings:
o From the menu bar, click on “My Account”.
3. Start the Transfer Process:
o Click on the phone number hyperlink associated with the line you wish to transfer.
4. Complete the Transfer:
o Verify your information, then click the “Transfer Phone Number” button to complete the process.
Activating Your Device:
1. Install the Battery (if applicable):
o For iPhone users: The battery is pre-installed and non-removable.
o If your device requires a battery, ensure it is properly installed.
2. Charge Your Device:
o It’s recommended to fully charge your device for optimal performance.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi:
o Ensure your device is connected to a strong, stable Wi-Fi network before proceeding.
4. Activate Your SIM:
• For eSIM:
o Ensure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
o If the eSIM doesn’t activate automatically, please contact our Customer Support team by calling 931.476.2355.
• For Physical SIM:
o Power off your device.
o Insert the SIM card by following these steps:
Gently insert the SIM ejector tool into the small pinhole opening on the side or top of your phone.
Apply a bit of pressure until the SIM tray pops out.
Replace the old SIM card with your new one.
Reinsert the SIM tray and power on your phone.
o If you encounter any issues, try resetting your network settings.
